Full Fat Soy Flour
Product Information: Full-fat soy flour is obtained by grinding soybeans without any heat treatment after the shells are separated. Since our product is not exposed to any heat, all enzymes are active and preserve its naturalness. Since the oil is not separated, it offers 18% fat and 36% protein content. In particular, the lipoxygenase enzyme in its content whitens the bread and helps to obtain a better quality texture by adding crispness to the dough. Therefore, it can be preferred as a bread additive.
Usage Method: 0.5 kg of soy flour with enzyme active oil can be added to 100 kg of wheat flour and mixed directly into the dough. With its high water lifting capacity, the product improves the quality of the dough without creating additional costs for the baker.
Shelf Life: 6 months from the date of production.
Packaging: Our product is offered in 25 kg and 50 kg PP sacks.
Allergen Information: Contains soy and gluten.
Soy Bran
Soy bran, obtained from the processing of oily soybeans, is a valuable feed additive for ruminants and other livestock. With its high fiber content, it supports digestion and helps balanced nutrition.
